Malachite from Aveyron

Well crystallized malachite is rather little current in France. Interessant specimens had been found in the copper mine of "Cap Garonne" near Toulon (Var), and also in a deposit of Aveyron which is an archaeological reserve since some years.
Prospectors looked for the other deposits and a ancient small site had been discovered during works conducted to widen the road, near the village of Naucelle.
